Wall Street in 1829

A view of Wall Street in 1829. It was just a cobblestone street back then. C. Pool, in the building on the left, offered law books along with business stationary. On the right is the old Custom House. There is much action in this print, taken from a rare view captured from a rare highly detailed auquatint engraving with a light warm cream background tint.

Size: Approx. 20" X 15" with caption & slightly age toned margins as shown. (Printed on 22"x17" sheet)

Signed & numbered limited edition of 500.
